My February payment from adgitize

I got my third payment from adgitize.though its my 8th month at adgitize to earn some money.My first payment was on my 6th month,as my first 5 month earning was below $10,so I got all the earning commutative on 6th month.
Last month February was no so great regarding my earning and scoring point.I have mange to score only 1440 advertiser point.So i will advertise this month for my new blog BloggingPark .Though PayPal has made a new rules not to use money for future investment,I have to withdraw instantly I got any payment.It will start to effect from this month,so I am going to advertise.
