Do you have any idea about page hijacking

I am asking so,as from some search result there are some suggestion for checking page hijacking.I am facing lot of issue with 302 redirection ,so searching some solution.Some site suggest to check page hijacking.I am not well savvy in this regard,do you have any idea?

Perhaps spammer and hackers has hijack my page to get Google search juice.This will redirect the page to their own.So it might causing redirection for my case.But I am not sure.Please help some body.
