How to add next post for wordpress blog?

Hi I am in little confusion,does Wordpress has no option to see next post link for any single post.It is very irritating when I have completed any content and want to go through next post,but there was no next/previous post link.It is fact,I have seen that in my newly made wordpress blog.

Guys do you have any idea how to enable it?Does it need any plug-in?Where I should search for this?Let's check on wordpress.org forum,i think there will be some help for me.
